The Wellness Room — Steward Her Well

The Beauty Room — The Art of Caring for Her
An elevated, hands-on experience exploring skincare, hair and scalp health, feminine care, personal maintenance, presentation, and realistic beauty routines. Expect practical education, demonstrations, beauty discoveries, and select product experiences.
The Leadership Room — Called to Build
For the woman carrying vision. Whether you are building a business, ministry, career, community, family, or stepping into a new level of responsibility, this workshop explores biblical leadership, stewardship, discipline, confidence, boundaries, influence, and leading without losing intimacy with God.
The Table — Mid-Day Refreshments
A mid-day opportunity to refresh, grab a bite, visit partners and vendors, shop, meet another sister, and simply enjoy being in community.
The Altar — Worship + Prayer
We will close the daytime gathering together in the presence of God through live worship, a closing Word, corporate prayer, and space to respond to what God has been speaking throughout the day.
Afternoon Intermission
Rest. Refresh. Change. Explore Atlanta. We will meet back together for After Hours.
The Gathering: After Hours — The Sister Social

Fireside Conversation — What God Did With My Yes
An intimate, living-room-style conversation about faith, obedience, becoming, and what can happen when a woman gives God her yes.
Cinema Under the Stars
Grab a blanket, popcorn, and your sisters for a private outdoor movie screening beneath the Atlanta night sky. Expect cozy seating, fall treats, warm drinks, and a slower evening created simply for us to enjoy one another.

Day 2 - The Sending and Sunday Gathering
Sunday, November 22, 2026
Worship, Outreach, and Fellowship | 9 AM - 1 PM
Sunday Morning at The Gathering
Coffee, pastries, quiet conversation, and space to settle in before worship begins.
The Sunday Gathering — Worship + The Word
We will create our own Sunday morning experience with live worship, Scripture, prayer, and a special guest speaker bringing a Word for the women of Woman Meets Word.
Communion + Prayer
Before we serve, we remember. Together, we will receive communion and spend intentional time praying over our sisters, families, community, and the places God is sending us next.
Pack With Purpose — A WMW Impact Experience
We do not gather simply to be filled. We gather so that we can pour out. Together, members will participate in a hands-on service experience supporting Woman Meets Word's upcoming outreach in Uganda. We will assemble care packages, prepare needed items, write personal notes of encouragement, and pray over the women and families our community will have the opportunity to serve.
The Table — Sunday Fellowship
Refreshments, food, photos, shopping, final conversations, and time to exchange information with the sisters you met throughout the weekend.
The Sending
Before leaving Atlanta, we will gather one final time for a commissioning prayer. We came together as members from different cities, seasons, backgrounds, and stories. We leave rooted in God, connected in sisterhood, and ready to carry what we received beyond the room.
The Rooted Wall
Throughout the weekend, every member will have an opportunity to complete the reflection: “Because God planted me in this community...” Each response will become part of a collective installation representing the testimonies, prayers, and stories within Woman Meets Word.
