Today is intentionally light, allowing guests time to arrive, settle in, rest after international travel, and prepare their hearts for the days ahead.

Complimentary group airport transportation is available for residential guests arriving during the designated window. Guests arriving before check-in may have luggage held while waiting for their villa.

Resort check-in begins at 2:00 PM. Settle into your villa, receive your Welcome Gift, official Woman Meets Word robe, and Retreat Workbook, join the private retreat group, unpack, explore the resort, enjoy the beach, or rest.

All residential guests must check out of their villas no later than 12:00 PM. Airport transfers will be coordinated according to submitted flight information.
